Yes, scams are out there! We had a recent issue here in Florida with a Craigslist sale. Fortunately the RV inspector caught the problems before the client came all the way from California and found out that she would have purchased a lemon!

A Mi UP friend winters at Yuma. They have a huge rv market and Mesa probably does too. I can help out in the far S-W valley. Craig

It's a great place to look for used RV's. Many snowbirds start by coming in RV's then like it enough that they sell their RV's and move into park models. I bought a used motorhome there several years ago and had literally hundreds to choose from. Check Phoenix Craig's List lots of good buys there.

I am in Palm Creek RV and Golf . There are several 5th wheels in the park for sale > Some good deals and great looking rigs . I would look here before I would buy from any dealers. These are private sales . some are on lots. I can hook you up if you are interested . Just message me any time.

I live in Casa Grande, about 45 miles south, what and where are you looking, I could run up and look for you, take photos and give you my opinion. Of course, my opinion and yours may differ by a huge margin. At least you would have the thoughts of someone other than the seller.
