Anyone install laminate flooring in a flush floor slide-out?

Our last Cameo had Shaw laminate flooring in a dark cherry with a gloss finish. It was a pain to keep clean and showed every speck of dirt or water spot. It was also subject to scratches and chips and the light backing showed through.

After that experience, we will never have another laminate floor. We now have a nice sheet vinyl floor that looks like stone.
