Anyone using Boar Wheel 19.5 Wheels and commercial Tires?

When I towed for a living I asked PJ and Starlite trailer mfg why 19.5" tires and wheels weren't used for their trailers with certain size axles.
Both said the short sidewall 19.5" tires will beat up a trailers suspension on into the frame and trailers contents.
And a trailers 6k/7k/8k springs are only 25"-27" long unlike a truck with 6' long springs which adds to the rough ride problem.
