Assume My Dump Valve is Closed and Won't Open !
...........So what pump do I Need so I can run a hose down into the black tank via the commode and siphon out the contents and then replace the dump valve ? , thanks , jigger

Have never heard of a valve itself breaking so it won't open. If you look at one you will see it's not an issue. The cable that goes to it is another story. If it doesn't work you can always drop the covering on the underside and operate the valve by hand. Pumping it out will not be the answer you're looking for. There will always be some left that won't get sucked out. Yuck..Besides who would you get to suck on the syphon hose??
