Assume My Dump Valve is Closed and Won't Open !
...........So what pump do I Need so I can run a hose down into the black tank via the commode and siphon out the contents and then replace the dump valve ? , thanks , jigger

Hay you could probably sell TICKETS to the event if you try that. Easiest fix is to find a dump station that uses a PIT to collect sewage and simply loosen the valve and allow LIQUID to drain before removing and replacing the valve. I've had to do it on the road (while traveling) before and it's not that bad a job. Just choose the dump station wisely.
