Assume My Dump Valve is Closed and Won't Open !
...........So what pump do I Need so I can run a hose down into the black tank via the commode and siphon out the contents and then replace the dump valve ? , thanks , jigger

Are your valves in the open? If so do as I did and crawl under the trailer and try to move it by hand. Just make sure your drain hose is hooked up and ready to flow into the sewer drain. While under there you can see if the cable is broken or maybe just came loose. It's held onto the valve by an allen head set screw. Good luck to you and happy RV'ing.
