Assume My Dump Valve is Closed and Won't Open !
...........So what pump do I Need so I can run a hose down into the black tank via the commode and siphon out the contents and then replace the dump valve ? , thanks , jigger

Did anyone read that his valves are working? He just wants to be ready to fix a problem that he does not have. I can think of lots of other things to worry about myself.
