I had good luck using some Cobra Anchors called Panal Drillers in our Toy Hauler garage. I was able to mount some helmet racks and other things. You need to see how much space from one sheet of luan to the next that you have or from the luan on the inside to the outer fiberglass. I drilled them in with a bit of Gorilla glue on the inside of the head so they wouldn't easily vibrate out.
I have used the same sheetrock anchors in my cyclone to install a toilet paper holder etc. They seem to work pretty well.
