Yes, this is the main issue at this point. It seems OP has moved hitch ahead one inch. I think more would be better, due to the heavy items added to the truck rear. Normally, like I said earlier, 2"s ahead of axle center would be best.
As for Russ questioning the 6,100 RAWR, that seems to be a diesel thing, with the gassers having 6,200. The diesel front axle is rated higher than the gas, this all being true, on the later model 250s.
I also think having the OPs truck sitting level, and adjusting the hitch, so trailer tows an inch or two nose high, may remove a little from the rear axle, and add back to the front axle.
