The Edsel Ranger was just a 4 door sedan. They just removed the trunk lid.

I read the article in the OP's link... Did Ford actually make an Edsel Ranchero?

I didn’t see the GVWR sticker. But, I don’t know if they had them. Also, don’t know how heavy that little camper was. Probably not as heavy as having all of the seats filled with large people with a deer/bear on top.
