Had a trailer with that pocket door. Could feel air coming out of there with the fantastic fan on and some strange orders coming from it. Took a flash light and could see it all opened to the basement. Didn't think much of pocket doors after that.
My Cedar Creek has the pocket door going upstairs as well. Same problem when fans are on. Took a light and shined it in there. Tons of holes going right into the basement area where all the wiring comes up through. Good place for mice to get in during the winter and no good way to get to it to seal it up.
