Because they're in a fog when looking. Too many ignorant buyers that don't look at function and get caught up in the bling.
Last year I was reading on a brand forum about a couple that bought a 5th wheel and they were complaining about the steps being too tall to get up stairs to the bedroom.
Instead of 2 steps the MFG only had 1 step before you reached the bedroom floor. How the heck could you have not noticed that when looking?
Ironically we were at an RV show on Friday and that same MFG has now added the 2nd step.
