Before you buy the Big Horn look at the cabinet door hinges, if they are plastic, have them changed out before you buy it. A fellow camper bought a new Big horn last year and had had nothing but problems with the cabinet door hinges breaking while driving down the road and at times when opening them, along with other problems.
I have an 09 Big Horn and spent 6-8 months a year in it the last 4 years, We love ours, but when/if we look for a new one. I'm not sure it will be a Big Horn. Time will tell if he got a lemon of if Thor has lowered the quality of it.
I found out that Lifestyle RV,s are being built down where Hitch Hiker was built. I'm going to the KC RV show tomorrow and will be checking them out. We had a older Hitch Hiker II and really liked the way it was built.
