A 15" load E tire has 2830 lbs capacity at 80 psi indicates 6 lug 15" wheel. So we may assume his wheels are the proper fitment to a E tire at 80 psi/2830 lbs capacity and 6 lug axles.
However the OP asked "best 15" tire" which doesn't tell us much in the way of his trailers GVWR.....axle ratings......OEM tire load capacity and size.
After all 15" tires comes in several different sizes and load ranges.
He asked if the Maxxis ST8008 is the best tire out here which even ST tires users disagree which is the best. Most popular doesn't = best.
He also indicated he wanted the best tires for his toyhauler which opens the door for something better than a ST tire.
