Mobile internet is very expensive compared to home wired systems. No body is cheap or even inexpensive. Verizon for example just started offering 10GB for 80 dollars a month. And prices go up from there. Most of us have learned to conserve. Online only a little each day, bill paying and emlailing family and friends. Streaming video? Not going to happen. Even parks with wifi done allow it.
