Any opinions on Hartland's Landmark Series?
We ran across a new 2013 that was very nice and had been sitting on the lot for almost a year and they may be ready to deal on it. Three televisions, awnings over all the slides, decent kitchen layout (although I'd rather have a larger refrig).
Seemed upper mid-range to me when looking at it. Definitely not as nice as the DRV just from simple observation, but also nowhere near as expensive.
The Landmark is a nice unit. We looked at them before we bought.
But in the end, you bought a Redwood... What broke the tie? Or was it a tie? We looked at a couple of Redwoods today too and they were also very nice units.
Pretty trivial really,
The Redwood had a dishwasher
We liked the interior wood on the Redwood a little better than the Landmark
If I remember, the Redwood was a little cheaper, even heavily loaded.
It was interesting that Landmark used Dometic products for everything, and Redwood used no Dometic anything on ours. I have nothing against Dometic at all, just found it interesting.
Landmark, Redwood, and Lifestyle were at the top of our list. I would take any of the three if I did it again. They are all well built units and very nicely designed. Lifestyle had the advantage of the frame, but they were also way out on delivery as a start up company at the time.
There are pics of ours under Our Rig in the signature if interested.
