Any of the diesel duallies should do the trick. Just back check the payload and assume a hitch weight of 25% the GVWR in addition to anything else you put in the truck (including passengers).
Unless you are trying to park the truck in a small garage and therefore need it shorter, don't mess about with a short bed. You can make it work but a long bed is more convenient.
