Truly don’t get this logic. I use truckstops right along the highway I know I can get in and out easily. Yes I pay a few cents more but it does cost to drive to town and back.
Really after 8-10 hours of towing I would rather kick back have a beer and a good meal.
If I ever feel the need to have more fuel on board I sure wouldn’t take up space from my current bed height 30” front to back toolbox. Instead I would get a 55 gallon TITAN tank.
Traveling many times I stay connected and simply drop a couple leveling Rams to level and stabilize the RV.
