Just got off the phone with the DRV factory and they really could not recommend any cleaner, protectors, sealers and or UV protection. Factory sad; just to wash it with mild soap. He said he did not know if the protectors, sealers and UV protectors/coating work on the rubber roof. I want take care for roof and outside of the 5th wheel and looking the recommendations.PS: Contacted some DRV recommended service shops and they said that they use Dicor cleaner and UV protectors. Anyone had luck using these products?

My 92 rig has TPO roof - original and still looks good. I usually wash the roof down when I wash the Rig - I don't do anything special - use zip wax on rig/roof. My goal when washing the roof is to remove debris and surface dirt/grim - not to make it squeaky white.

Most “rubber” roof’s just need a good washing now and then with car wash soap, spic and SPan, Murphy’s with a bit of bleach and a soft to medium bristle brush. No need for anything else. If it makes you sleep better adding something, then fine but not required.

I used this clicky, it seemed to work pretty good and one gallon is enough for about 3 years of cleanings.

My roof manual said the same: mild soap washing, if that. I've cleaned my roof maybe twice in 15 years, and it's fine. Then again I don't park under pine trees or maple trees. It's too hard to clean now anyway with 6 solar panels on it. Perhaps those are helping it live a long life.

If your most concerned with it's longevity rather than cosmetics, leave it alone. The more you wash it the shorter its life.
Being dirty does no harm to it.
