OP is talking about a screw up that the assembly line worker did wrong.
They cut the wall too short. The rig was never built to factory specs to begin with.
Time for Keystone to fess up and replace that back wall with the proper size.
I agree, why if it's pretty evident Keystone messed up don't they own up their mistake and make it right? Keystone manufactures a LOT of RVs, I'm sure it's possible to have a unit "slip" by every now and then, everybody makes mistakes.....
We went in 2011 to Keystone's plant in Goshen IN for a tour of the Montana plant. That was amazing, it's crazy to see how fast they actually build one of those trailers! The guy giving us the tour said they build like 12 or 13 units a day there if I remember correctly.
