The service manager at Southern RV personally took a look at it and said the back wall was cut too short at the factory and that is what caused the separation. He also told me there was nothing I could have done to cause it. He took a bunch of photos of it and wrote up a ticket to Keystone to have it considered for repair at company cost since it was a manufacturing defect. Seems reasonable right?
Has anyone except this one dealer confirmed you really have a manufacturing defect? It's hard for me to imagine a wall being made "too short".
Well, Sport it happens. I won't mention the manufacturer at the moment because they are working at correcting the issue, but I currently have a unit that an interior wall was built too short and kept seperating from the outer walls. It can happen ecspecially when workers try to cover their screw up with trim. Just widen your imagination a bit.
