- breenoExplorerWe recently bought aHeartland Gateway 3650 BH which has 1 1/2 baths, full bath tub, u-shaped dinette and 2 beds in the BH (with a Sofa that also folds out to a bed, this is an optional configuration).
We looked hard for this floor plan as well, and it really fits our family well.
We also looked at the Open Range 427BHS, but I don't think it had a full tub. Seemed like a nice rig as well. - LastOfTheBohicaExplorerKomfort 3530FBH
You might look at this one or one similar. It has the bh and the 1.5 baths that you require and a dinette. - jevanbExplorerwe ordered at sofa/dinette for our coach, removing the couch, and table. also the removed tub would be my choice because reg tubs tend to send water over the side, you will be suprised how many times they will actual use it anyway.. our coach has 6 sleeping beds in the back
- Supercab79ExplorerI believe the new Sandpiper/Sierra 365SAQb has all that the u shaped giant dinette/ party sofa a king bed in the master bedroom a double bed and 3 singles in the bunk house a half bath in the bunk house and a tub in the master bath.
- rb71Explorermy wife got 2 tubs from odd lots we used to wash our twin were able to stand up. now they are used for toy buckets.
if you go with a bunk house get jackknife beds on the lower beds. they are a lot nicer to sleep with the kids. - ependydadExplorer
- KittykathExplorer IIPut a same sized plastic bin in the oversized shower, and you have an insty-tub.
- Jim-LindaExplorer IIForget the "search", contact New Horizons or Spacecraft, give them your specs. Do be prepared to widen your eyes at the price, but, you will get exactly what you want, well constructed and will last your family many years. Now the truck will be another issues, get on the Escapees forum and look at the HDT (Heavy Duty Trucks)thread and begin drooling.

Jim - peejaykayExplorerI have a toddler and am expecting +1 someday, dog and cat. I want the trailer to grow with our family so I'm buying the right truck the first time (dually) and right trailer the first time (5'er).
- rb71ExplorerI looked for what your asking for and i got toy hauler instead.
i would also look at the open range in person it felt small to me. but, i am 6'4" and the bunks are all to small for anyone tall to sleep on.
good luck
