She can't exactly "move her nest" like a cat would move a litter of kittens.
I don't think you have much choice other than remove/destroy the nest or wait until the clutch has fledged and hope they don't start round two.
Have you identified the species? That might give you an idea of how long they'll be in there if left to their own devices.
