black tank valve handle in or out means valve closed

had an interesting question asked this week I couldn't answer. Buddy has a new Montana FW, and the black tank handle is pulled out, away from the chassis.. Does that mean the valve is closed or o...

Use it for a while.

Take it to the dealer and park right in front of the office,

remove the cap.

Try pushing and pulling till you figure out which way is open.

Thank the dealer for his assistance.

Find somewhere else to have your future work done.
