No more DEF than I use and no more than it cost, I always buy the blue DEF and usually at Walmart. And don't bother with price shopping.
As for truck stop DEF, I have never bought it there although many do. And I have never heard of anyone having a problem with it. But even a busy truck stop, the DEF is never completely fresh. The tanker truck simply dumps the new into what ever old is still in the tank mixing it all together. That may be a lot of new mixed with a little old. Or a little new mixed with a lot of old. The concentration of old gets a little less each time, but never completely becomes new fresh stuff.
