Can't get to the pics here, either. Regardless, pull up both outer corners of the carpet in the slide to see if there's damage from above, which is the usual culprit. Follow any water damage and fix any leaks first. Google "slideout damage, leaks, repair, etc." and you should find a plethora of other posts and samples for repair. You might try youtube, too. You probably will not have to remove a slide for repair.
