Bottom of my BR slide rotting. What do I do?

I should clear this up. The picture of the slide with the peeling tape is the kitchen, but my other slides also have this, just not as bad. The 2 cracks are next to the kitchen slide as well. THe slide with the bad wood is the bedroom. I have a third living room slide. Top and bottom? Not sure what you mean unless you were looking at the peeling tape and meaning rotting at the top. Everything looks sound at the top but I am going to check a lot closer tomorrow.
