brand new Keystone Raptor toybox problem

I purchased a new 2014 keystone raptor toybox only 2hrs of use and the plastic fiber material is almost fallen off the bottom of the 5th wheel. It is bowing down and removing it self from the under side of the trailer. all that's holding it up is a few bolts. It's under warrenty but will they just put it back the old way or will they find a better solution to hold it up? Any ideas would help?
