Build quality

I don't own any of those, but Cedar Creek would be the choice. They will all have problems as you know. Some more, some less. One issue that will be mostly eliminated is delam. Cedar Creek builds theirs with hung walls as opposed to laminated. Forest River also offers a 2yr warranty for roughly $150.00. A 2nd year of warranty is pretty handy sometimes.
Not sure what the warranties are for the Montana or Big Horn.
