B&W is very good about standing behind their product, even if the owner causes the issue.
Not sure of what "shock" you are referencing? If you mean one of the rubber topped arms, they are easy to replace. You just release the head, lift off, and then unbolt the arm. Be sure to properly torque all bolts during assembly.
