B&W Companion OEM Ram Truck 5th Wheel Hitch

I had an issue with my B&W companion hitch. One of the large nuts on the u-bolts stripped and I could not remove it. I called B&W and talked to customer service. Not only did they over-night a new U-bolt and Nut they sent a complete set of u-bolts and nuts. Now I have an extra. The new ones were sitting on my porch the next day at no charge. THAT is why you buy B&W. Customer service and the supreme reliability of their hitch; and being made in the USA is an added bonus.
