That's the first time I've heard about that initial problem you had (not fitting the pucks) since they re-designed the body. The first version didn't have adjustable feet, and didn't fit every truck - it didn't fit ours when they sent the first one. They redesigned it in short order, and yours is the first I've heard of that didn't work. Did it show any signs of being dropped or anything, or do you think it was a manufacturing defect?
The second problem I've seen in shipping. I think wrapping several layers of bubble wrap would help, but the way some shippers handle them that's bound to happen sometimes.
These hitches usually get handled by a trucking company and they are not careful. That hitch would have to be driven over for it to be tweaked for sure!
