I'd doubt that even driving over that base would do that to the steel portion of it, but it might bend the bolt portion of the puck locks. Being dropped from a substantial height might have bent one or two as well depending on how it was dropped.
Yea they are hell for stout! I was thinking being driven over by the truck that delivered it.
I would like to know what caused the base not to be properly aligned.
It may have just slipped past QC that way.
