I bought my Patriot last year and never looked back (literally). Seems like with my old Curt hitch it was so noisy that I was constantly checking the rear veiw mirror to make sure it was still latched. Now the Patriot is as quiet as a church mouse. When fall came around I took the head off and sat it in the cab of the truck. Then I pulled the pins and pulled the rest out and sat it inside the door on the trailer to keep the snow off everything for the winter.
