Thanks for all the warm wishes everyone! I'm happy to hear all the fellow GD owners who have nothing but great things to say about the company and customer service. It makes spending money on a big ticket item a lot easier to swallow.
So far, the only thing I can see that would need work would be the size of the awning and the slope of it. It does not do much for the shade, but I think that is because of the height of a fifth wheel. I'm thinking about a screen addition, just on the farthest end of the awning extended. Seen a few on motorhomes and fifth wheels. Anyone have any luck with these or suggestions?
