I had the same problem with tearing seams after a windy week, even though the cover was snug. Someone on a different forum suggested checking out a China Pop-up Floding Camper RV Cover supplier, and I actually gave it a try. The material’s held up way better than the last one I had, especially around the corners, which is where mine usually wear out first.
