Mine was $39k and change brand new in June 2015, before sales tax. It isn't loaded by any means but it has power windows/locks, keyless, bluetooth, auto head lamps, bedliner, IBC, 4wd, and etc.
If you can't find one for much less than $60k you aren't trying very hard.
