One thing that took me a while to finally figure out, was that many of the RVer's on this site do not go camping.
They are RVers and use their rig as an alternative to a motel room, apartment, or even a house.
In general, they are the ones that don't understand why the construction standards are less than optimum, and in general they are the ones that need a generator for when they find themselves without shore power, generally speaking. ;)
