I've seen a few campgrounds with "No Motorcycles" signs, but it's never been an issue. I don't own a Harley so that helps, my Honda sportbike is fairly quiet and not obnoxious. I wouldn't re-visit a place that told me I couldn't ride my bike out of the campground and back in. No sense in patronizing places with such an attitude.
