I have been to campgrounds where any fueled motorvehicle is restricted from cruising the grounds but electric was fine. I have had a couple campgrounds want to charge me for an additional vehicle if the motorcycle was left out (solved by keeping in my enclosed trailer until ready to ride). None have restricted me from driving in and out.
