We also stayed at Grand Teton, but in the Gros Ventre CG in our 35' fiver. No hookups, but it was beautiful and not far from Yellowstone.
Hey SkiSmuggs! We love Gros Ventre. Stayed there multiple times. I'm not sure when you were there last but they do have many sites with both water and electric. I remember some years ago we stopped by on a trip to check it out and the rangers told us the only electric sites were handicapped but no more.
We took a full day from there through Yellowstone and actually saw most of the easy access sites. Saw the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, the Geysers (including many of them erupting for us) and went all the way up to Mammoth Hot Springs. It was a 13 hour day but we did it with no stress.
OP, we stayed at Fishing Bridge with our 34' double slide and it was pretty tight. It worked for a base camp but it's definitely not a place to set out any chairs or tables, etc. We won't stay again.
