It can be bought for about the same price of the Landmark instead of the $30k more you would pay for a Mobile Suite with the heavier frame.
I don't know where you are getting these numbers because the two units mentioned here are on our list of 4 full time units I am researching and with similar options I am not seeing anything close to a $30k difference in prices.
