I have a 2002 F250 CC 4X4 SD 7.3 (bought new)and shows my tow capacity conventional @ 12,500 and 5th wheel @ 12,800. Are you sure you look at the weight # correct. Every one I've ever look at always showed towing 5th wheel at a little higher weight than conventional.
