Here is the Ford fleet tow information. Scroll down to page 19 for 5th wheel towing and the chart shows 12,500* for F250/350 CC 4x4. But note the asterisk, and the fine print that derated the F250 4x4.
"and 10,400 pounds for F-250 SRW 4x4 Crew Cab."

In 2005 they bumped the ratings by nearly 3,000 lbs and eliminated the asterisk for the F250. Don't know what change they made in the 2005 trucks to boost the ratings.
