Not to me...I think the manufacturer is. I bought my last one at the best price I could find and drove a ways to get it. There is always a way to get warranty repairs done. Bought my previous trailer locally. Paid a bit more because the dealer was nearby. Brought it there once for warranty service. Waited forever to get an appointment. After 2 months I went and got it back unfinished. What repairs they did had shoddy workmanship. They replaced a warped vanity door with one that didn't match, but they put it on anyway...I learned my lesson about dealers. I don't count on them for anything..
