We looked at both plus the 36CKTS. Bought the 36CKTS. Moved up from a somewhat troublesome Heartland Big Country 34 ft. Reasons we went with the 36CKTS. Smaller bathroom with one sink. We don't live in the bathroom don't need two sinks. Bigger bedroom, more kitchen counter space than either of the others. Like the extra window behind the television that we can use when the TV is lowered. Not much difference in towing. Feel like the extra length is easier to back. Turns slower when backing. Not much if anything about this trailer we don't like. Not filled with cheap flashy frills that fall apart. Good solid construction. Cedar Creek factory customer service is excellent. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.
