Cedar Creek 5th wheel question

We are looking at the Cedar Creek 5th wheel. A salesman pointed out the glued and screwed aluminum frame of the Cedar Creek vs the welded aluminum frame. I'm looking for Cedar Creek owners feedback regarding experience (good or bad) with the screwed and glued frame? I saw something regarding Cedar Creek about fiberglass cracking near the front bed room slide-out.
  • Thank you UPstate,NY and grayp4951 for responding. Are the frames on your 5th wheels welded or screwed?
  • The Cedar Creek I had was very good, and the customer service can't be beat. I had a tempered rear window break for unknown reason the third year I had it, and they shipped me a new window at no charge.
  • Have had our CC Silverback since new in '05 and though we don't travel great distances all the time, the coach has held up very well w/ no cracks you mentioned. Belong to the Cedar Creek RV Club and don't recall others having issues either. Believe CC as a whole costs a tad more than others, but very well built. Seem to have few complaints/problems compared to others and customer service is top notch.
