I did mine by myself with nothing more than some sockets and wrenches and a couple 6x6 blocks of wood. Drop your tailgate and back under it. Use the front jacks on your trailer to lower or raise to the right height to be able to set it on the wood blocks on your tailgate. Do the same thing to install the new one. Just set it on the blocks, slide it back into place, move the trailer up or down to line up the holes. An impact wrench is nice to loosen it up but you can get by without it.
