Just an FYI about the current F250/F350 series trucks. Ford removed one of the leafs in the rear springs which is why they both sag some. It was for removing some of the harshness from the ride of the earlier models. For a couple of hundred bucks at your local spring shop, they can re-install the center leaf and it will remove any and all sag. I did it and it helped and I don't need any air bags. I only use the truck for towing the 3200 so we don't mind the rough ride the few times we use the truck when not towing. Sure is cheaper than a whole new truck etc.
