65psi is for full axle weight rating of 9,750#. Really doubt you are anywhere that. My RV weighs 23k, I run 65 at full axle weight rating. Since you are using a 18k hitch I gurantee your load is much less than RAWR.
Weigh your setup and use weight/inflation chart and add 5 psi to what is called for. I am betting you will drop 10-15psi. It ALL makes a difference.
